At this time Debi Mac Designs only ships to the United States. All jewelry is shipped by either USPS or UPS. All jewelry is shipped insured and most orders (excludes special or custom orders) will ship within 48 hours. If your order will take any longer, you will be notified and given an expected ship date. Special or custom orders may take longer depending on the piece and the availability of beads needed to complete it. USPS Priority Mail is free for order over $75.00. Upon checkout you will have the option to choose from the following:

Hopefully mishaps won’t be an issue…. but accidents can happen. I will have everything packed very carefully to avoid any kind of damage in shipping. However, as accidents can happen, please inspect your piece as soon as it arrives. Should there be any damage, please save all original packaging materials and send me an email at damages@debimac.com. I will respond with further instructions. I create all of my pieces with great care; therefore I stand behind all of my work. A happy customer is a returning customer, therefore, if you are not happy with the piece you have purchased, you may return it as long as it in its original unused condition, within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund less shipping charges. You may request an exchange or store credit if you wish. If not and you paid by credit card, your credit card will be credited. Refunds typically require 1-2 billing cycles to be reflected on your credit card. If you paid by personal check, cashiers check or money order, I will issue a check for the purchase price less shipping. If you paid by personal check, please allow 14 days from receipt of the returned item. Before sending any pieces back, you must obtain a return authorization number from Debi Mac Designs. Any items received without a return authorization number will not be refunded. Any item returned must be in the original unused condition or credit will not be issued. Return authorization request may be emailed to refund.request@debimac.com. Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. Please package the item securely, label it clearly and include a copy of your invoice. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. Do not send any packages C.O.D., as we will not accept returns shipped C.O.D. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or items damaged in shipment that are being returned. Credit Cards: At this time I accept credit cards through PayPal.
ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED You no longer have to open an account with PayPal in order to pay by credit card. When you get to PayPal's login page you will find an option that says, "If you don't have a PayPal account click here." When you click on it, you will be taken to another page where you can fill out your credit card number to complete the transaction. Check or Money Orders: At checkout, select ‘pay by check or money order’ and complete the transaction. I will notify you with an email that your order was received and it will include instructions for sending payment. Money orders will be treated as cash therefore, your order should ship within 48 hours after I have received your money order. Personal checks are accepted as well, however they will require 10 days to clear the bank before the order will be shipped. Checks returned for any reason will incur a $35 service charge. All orders with outstanding payments over 60 days from date of invoice are subject to collection by an outside agency. All collections costs are borne by the purchaser. If you see something you like, but it’s not quite what you are looking for, send me an email telling me how I can make it perfect for you and I will do the best I can to accommodate. All credit card processing done through PayPal is confidential and secure. The only information I receive is your name, mailing address, email address and phone number. This information in necessary to complete your order and is kept 100% confidential. Under no circumstances will Debi Mac designs or anyone connected to Debi Mac Designs ever give out an personal information belonging to one of our customers. Nor will we use any information connected to your order for any other purpose than to complete your order. We may send an occasional newsletter out to our customers. If you receive an email from Debi Mac Designs, you will be given the option to remove your address from our mailing list.
